Where the protected marks are referenced within your product, you must ensure myWindsock is attributed. Attribution can be satisfied by either of the following:

• myWindsock logo or name in text form, presented along side the mark. For example, “myWindsock wImpact™”
• myWindsock logo or name in text form, is clearly presented in association with the data. This can be achieved by a “Powered by myWindsock” attribution close to the data.
