This will connect you with third party mapping services like Strava and Ride With GPS. Start connecting from the Activity &amp; Routes menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Uploading a Route<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Free members can upload one GPX or TCX file a day. With a <a href=\"\/my\/premium\/\">Premium account<\/a> you can directly upload many more routes per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the Activity &amp; Routes menu select Upload to begin uploading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Finding Strava Segments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are many ways to get Strava Segment into myWindsock.
